Default Recommend me a new clutch

I recently bought a built B16 with stock tranny and a SOUTH BEND HD 4 PUCK SPRUNG CLUTCH. It is unbelievable stiff/grabby. The previous owner installed it to help with drag racing or whatever. But it is definitely not a DDable clutch. Especially start/stop on hills. So I need something with a close to stock feel yet still be able to hold up to 350-400whp. What do you recommend to a honda n00b? Thanks all!!

Im not sure. It's great for upshifting 1-5. All other shifts = failure. I google'd the brand and they seem pretty well known for diesel truck clutches. I think the prev. owner spent a pretty penny on it. It's just no good for daily driving.

350-400whp? b16?

average stage 3 clutch you can get away with using as a daily driver, but thats maybe 250whp if youre planning on building a daily driver with 350+whp... youre going to have to deal with your clutch as is.

I like the car, but I hate the clutch. I'll try a stage 2 w/ fidanza for now. If need be I can always upgrade. I'd rather my clutch slip under hammering than not be able to get it in gear on a hill.

A Spec stage 3+ would be the best choice for you. It holds 400lb ft to the crank and has a full face carbon semi-metallic disc. You can IM me for more info.

Im at work now. But i will hit you up later. Is there a huge difference between the S2 and S3? I'm not building a track car. Just a DD with some power.

My vote goes yet again for the Competition Clutch 1620 Kit, very cost effective and gets the job done.
