Default 99 Civic DX B16A2 Swap -- Power Steering Rack Question

I'm swapping a B16a2 into my 99 Hatch this weekend. I am keeping my power steering and AC, not looking for outrageous power, just for the Si motor, please no bashing for keeping them lol. Anyways moving on, I've checked the part numbers on the Si and civic EX rack and pinions and they are different part numbers. Will this effect my swap? Are they indeed actually different? I already have the 99 Si PS Pump, everything is ready to go, except the the Rack and Pinion question i have. Thanks in advance! [:
