Ok here we go have a 96 civic with ls swap..the car idles really high at like 2000 rpm ..cleaned tb..and iacv..and still nothing tried adjusting idle screw and it doesn't do anything..since it is an ls I dnt have an fitv..any suggestions..bled coolant system and nothing ..

 

Car does have cel p1508..

 

Anybody cmon someone has to kno..Plzz? Nd there seems to be no vaccum leaks..cmon Ron lol

 

Is the throttle cable too tight? Can you push down on the throttle wheel and force it to bottom out?

 

Throttle cable seems to be fine..ughh
