Default car dips below idle and almost dies?

i have a 92 civic with a b18b1(98 ls) in it. After the car is warmed up and im sitting at a traffic light or something and tap the gas the rpms will go up like there suppose to, but when the rpms fall back down to idle the rpms go to low and the car almost dies out.

anyone have any idea what this could be?

thx dan.

Is your throttle cable adjusted properly? Maybe tighten it up, see if it helps. it may just have some slack.

Clean out your IACV...two bolts on the front of the IM..unplug the sensor and the rubber hose.

clean it up and reinstall and see what happens

im no mechanic but my last car was a pos and had similar problems. fresh plugs, wires, etc. could help. might be fuel related. try replacing fuel filter or it might be something more like fuel pump.
