Default 92 DA brake problem

I was sitting at a stop light last night and while sitting there my brake pedal pops and goes to the floor. My brakes work probably at about 15% its only enough to slow me down if i'm going under 25mph. Not sure what it is i assume its a brake line because i checked to see if there was brake fluid and theres barely any at all in it now.

second opinions?

Its definately a rusted brake line or rotted rubber line.

is the paint from your vacum booster(that thing were your master cylinder is attcahed to) peeling off? if it is then you have a leak, which means your the rings on your primary piston have failed.
