Default brake issues

my friend was having some brake problems and i offered to do them. the brake pedal started going to the floor so we ended up replacing the master cylinder. it is still doing the same thing, we have gone threw one of the big cans of brake fluid for the bleeding process and still the same problem. what could it be? thanks in advance

Go ever every inch of your brake lines, callipers, and drums. Look for any leaks.

if it has rear drum, check the wheel cylinders, even if they aren't leaking they could be bad. or if it is a remanufactured master cylinder it could be defective
