I have a obd1 motor i am swapping for an obd2, and i wanted to know what kind of performance upgrade would i get by changing my stock intake manifold to a skunk 2 intake manifold and throttle body upgrade my fuel rail and injectors without dyno

hmm, lets add it up:
S2 intake mani -230
TB - 120-150
fuel rail (useless) - 100
injectors - 200
If you go with a bigger TB then youll need porting the IM to match - 50
Dont forget a tune for your shiny new injectors!
so 100 or so for chipped ECU (if you dont have the skills to chip it)
200 for tune
100 for dyno time
im close to over $1000 just to run your set up which will get you 10-15 more power.
:edit: youll probably need a new fuel pump since the OE is probably going to fail soon. +80 bucks.. dont forget to change your fuel filter. +20

ok no need for fuel injecters man and fuel rale will do nothing for u outher than raise ur pimp ricer status you dont havfe the comp are boost to worry about needing bigger injecter if i was you id KISS (keep it simple stupid)
git a desent intake (being 100% honest what my had has had best luck with is a AEM intake)
git a hedder (a nock off ITR hedder will work just fine)
git a desent 2.5" exhoust
git a litend flywheel (fadanza, exady......)
might as well git a desent clutch you wont need any thing huge (im running a exady 3 puc and exady flywheel in my hatch)
the clutch and flywheel are if you are a 5 speed if ur car is a auto well thin id just leave it alone and drive it if it is a 5 speed might look into finding a b16 are a GSR tranny to replace ur ls shorten up the gearing a bit make it a little bit more fun

im going to buy and ECU but what i want to know is..since i have a auto is there a difference in ECU's from auto to manual?..meaning is there a specific ECU i need since i have an auto?
