sorry, yes the scale is 1:1, im work in mm, for get the correct scale may be you need multiply for 25,4 or divide, im going to check the dxf files, tks

Are you having issues finding that rare almost impossible to find T3 or T03 flange CAD file to get your own flanges made up?

but i downloaded some files and they seem to be huge. i opened them in autocad and in sheetcam and they are bigger then my plasma table lol.

is anyone else having the same problem?

 

I made an t4 and also an D series head flange without any issues.

Maybe your Acad is scaling the dwg file.

you, just need to scale, the dimesion are in mm, so if you are working on inches, just divide for 25.4, tell me if you have a issue, ..
