Any one ever run blox type c or brian crower stage 2
I got a set of blox type c cams and a set of brian crower stage 2 cams and im trying to figure out what cams would be the best to run i couldnt find any info on these blox type c's if any one has the specs on them that would be cool thanks. Also if anyone has some dyno charts with either of these cams please post them up.
My engine is a lsv with p73 pistons, built b16 head, victor x manifold, 70 mm tb, tri-y headers, and 2 3/8" ID exhaust no cat

The blox C cams are Jun 3 replicas. I'm sure if you look through the dyno threads on here you'll find people that have run them. If you go to the blox website, it has the specs on those cams as well. I would imagine it's the same for the Crower 2 cams. Even if people show you dyno charts, it won't mean a lot in the sense that your parts combination will give different results.
For instance, the Victor X manifold that you're running is not a good match for your engine and should be replaced with an ITR style (Skunk, etc) or performer X intake manifold. Your exhaust will do for now but will make more power at 2.75"-3" sizing. The Jun 3's (Blox C) would be the better performing choice of cams on your build.

yeah i know my intake manifold is a little big and its prob hurting more than helping but its all i got for now if i had a skunk or type-r i would use it but thanks for the advice
i use the blox type c cams on my b20 vtec...cams blox intake skunk2 gsr head headers rmf narrow replica 68mm tb rs machine piston 225whp...very good cams and good price too
yeah i know that i wasnt expecting the same numbers with the bottom end i have now just trying to see what the cams are capable of

I actually have a 82mm ls bottom end with forged rods and pistons 12:1 comp just needs to be bored and put together thats what i plan on using next summer
The bottom end is good and those cams are good but you'll need to change that intake manifold out for something better. Hopefully the head is in good shape with a good valvejob etc to support the power.
