I have a 72mm BDL throttle body for my manifold, and I want to port-match them to one another. I don't want to get *** deep into this, only to find out that going this big will leave the wall thickness between the plentum and the IACV too thin. Is there anyone who knows if 72mm is too big for the Victor X?
Why don't you place the gasket on the tb flange and see where it falls, or wost case port it out as much as possible and relocate the IACV. What are you using to port it by the way?

I was just wondering if there were any people that had done it without troubles with the iacv. I plan on having a machine shop bore it, so it comes out as nice as possible. And I don't want to sit down with a carbide bit for 3 hours to make it fit. I know there will be some meat left in the manifold, but with 20lbs. going through the tb, I don't want to have a failure while under boost, or on the track.

75mm should be the max bore on the victor x, more than that you are not going to have enough meat to seal.
I know this for a fact because I have one at 74mm and looks like it can go 1mm more, but no more than that.

Don't have to take it to a machine shop its really easy

go buy a electric die grinder at Harbor freight, runs u about 30 bucks and get a carbide bit and cartridge rolls from local industrial shops, maybe 20 bucks for the bit and 5 bucks for the roll, you can do this all day long, and if you get good at it, u can start to port match peoples manifold and charge them for your time and labor.
