Can anybody vouch for the quality of Password JDM gold plated rotors?
How do they compare to brembo sport drilled rotors?

stay away from those "fancy" brakes. they actually do more harm than good.
there is less area for the pad to "bite" on and the hokes dont "cool" like you think. plus they tend to crack etc. plus you wont stop any faster. try hawk hp+ pads on your stock brakes and youll sink your teeth in your steering wheel when you first try them.
do yourself a favor and buy autozone lifetime warranty ones. same thing as brembo blanks.

Not the same manufacturer but wannaB proves a real good point.
Stay away from that stupid fancy ****. PLUS these slotted/drilled rotors make so much damn noise (no one ever seems to mention that). Its like the sound of 100 dying babies.
Personally I'm a Brembo blanks fan but I was completely unaware Autozone had a lifetime warranty option and would surely jump on this if I ever strayed away from my current Wilwood setup.
Good Pads, SS Lines & Some ATE Super Blue (or comparable fluid) and you should be stopping like a champ. Don't bite into the BS man!!!
Cheers.
PS- If your looking to get real gnarly and have an itch to spend a buck you could cryo-treat your blanks (which would STILL be cheaper than that cross drilled junk) for a REAL improvement, but I think you'll find the proper pads and supporting mods should be just fine for everyday use.

Thanks for the input, guys. My current blank rotor & stock pad setup is more than enough to stop my CRX pretty well, but since they are getting worn down, I thought I might replace them with something "flashier." I don't like unnecessary noise though, so blanks it is.
I second the good pads and a good dot 4 brake fluid notion. Its amazing how much better my Axxis Ultimates stop my car.
Lifetime warranty is only on their crappy pads. Rotors have a 1-3 year warranty.
