hi guys i picked up a 92 legend a couple of days ago. needless to say it has some issues one being that the wipers don't work. looking around i found out that the previous owner put a jumper wire were the wiper fuse would be, so i pulled that out and put in a fresh fuse but that didn't help any. so i came to the conclusion that the combo switch is bad as the windshield squirter's don't work either. as i was doing that i found a relay that goes nowhere and to green plugs that aren't connected to anything. anyways my question is what are they and what do they do? thanks in advanced pictures below.[IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
