Default Fully Built Stock LSV

I plan on building my LS with OEM internals and slapping a VTEC head on it. I don't plan on boosting it, just wanna keep it all motor. I dont know what parts i should use on the build. Any ideas?

OHHHHHH your going to fully build the motor to stock specs so it runs fully, cause half built motors are turds. Gotcha. I wondered how you got a fully built stock motor as the title.
