ani yah know how to luanch an automatic
If your going to the track or street racing it's all the same. First you stage, next press firm on the brake and bring the revs say to 3krpm. When the third light flashes or the flagger drops mash the gas the rest of the way while letting off the brake and you should get a decent shot out of the whole-this is the brake torque method. If you plan on leaving it an automatic, i suggest getting a torque converter, this will help out alot, possible dropping the times by a whole second. No matter what anybody says, please don't do the nuetral drops where you leave it in nuetral and rev and drop in into D, you'll tear your tranny up that way. Hope this helped.
