Default Untapping a tapped vtec head?

I have a tapped gsr head I purchased from someone, it is tapped and was used on a b20vtec... Now It will be used on a gsr block.

If I take out the Allen key screw, and block the port where the oil line fitting is ( which I Need the thing that screw To block it and put it back stock) .. The block was resurfaced with the Allen key screw in.

My question will there be any issues in doing this? With oil leaks? Or head gasket?

Any info would be great.
