hey guys i just removed my iacv for cleaning put it back on and as soon as i start the car it starts doing this really hard whistle/scream? at times it goes away on idle but as soon as u hit the throtle back to the screamo

 

its a 95 civic with a d16y7

 

Perhaps the gasket is pinched or missing?

 

Take it back off and inspect it.

 

I try again tomorrow the noise has gotten smaller thank God

 

did you lose the figure 8 shaped gasket?
If it's still there coat it with 3M silicon paste to refresh it or get a new one
