Hey I have been chasing this wierd noise coming from my IACV. The car is a 00 civic SI with a JDM 97 type r (B18C). I tried cleaning the IACV and it still made the noise, and as soon as I unplug the IACV the noise goes away. Also when I take the intake off I can hear the noise coming from the IACV port and when i plug it with my finger the noise goes away. I also tried changing the IACV and the new one STILL makes this noise.

Here is a vid of the noise. Anyone know what it is? The TB gasket looks new and I just got this car. Is it possible that they used the wrong TB gasket since the JDM type r doesnt have a fast idle control valve?

for the first 5 min it does it and after the car warms up it goes away
