Just had the AC serviced, new compressor and recharge and its really weak. Does anyone else have the same issue? Its an 04 civic si.

 

I don't know if its supposed to be weak but mine is as well. Well, compared to my mom's corolla, that can make the car like a freezer. My 04 just seems to spit out cool air with the AC on. I don't use the AC that often though so it doesn't bother me that much.

 

Have you changed your cabin filters recently? They might be clogged up.

My EP3 has never had the best A/C. It seems like my EF had colder A/C, haha.

 

I agree. The ac in my ep3 was never that cold even when new compared to alot of other cars out there. I'm sure it's working fine though.

 

they make ultra cold AC frion... maybe you should get some

 

mine will freeze you....of corse I take care of my car. Little things like cleaning out the caben filters, washing the cooling coils infront of your rad and making sure your belt is ok.....Another trick is to hit the caben recirulation button when Its stupid hot out side. Then the ac cooling and recooling the caben air rather than tring to take outside air of like 105 and knock it down to 40 degrees....
