Default Spoon Mono Block Calipers on ITR

Hi Guys, I'm planning to buy the Spoon mono block calipers and put on my ITR. I heard that we have to use the S2000/RSX rotors if we wanna use the mono block calipers. Is that rite? and what about the brackets? Do we have to modify the brackets too? Anyone can give me some info? Thanks

Heres the DIY i used
https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/how-install-spoon-monoblock-caliper-dc2-2280953/

But I used EUDM Accord Type R 2.2 rotors, i had to use four washers per caliper instead of the as in the guide!
