vtec not kicking hard anymore help?

vtec not kicking hard anymore help?
lately i kinda notice something was wrong with my car it felt kinda slow like a ls so i tried vtec and it stil goes off but juss doesnt pull so i reset my ecu and it kicks again but then i started up my car again and it doesnt pull?what can be the problem
