5-Speed tranny fluid...I know Im not a complet retard!!!
Seriously I know Im not a complete retard, and I know I need to fill the transmission where the Speedo cable goes in. I've tried a tube over the hole, and two different methods of inside the hole. And Every single Fvcking time the Fvcking shizt drips out of the fvckin hole where I was pouring the tranny oil into. If Im missing something so Flippin obvious PLEASE PLEASE hit me with a Stupid Stick
your supposed to fill it in the fill hole located on the passenger side housing not through the vss hole...!!!

Ok...I thought you needed a hand pump for that location. Im assuming you hold the funnel sorta like a beer-bong & just squirt the shiznit in??
yeah i dont understand why ppl would use the wrong hole to fill the tranny as the first option. id only consider it if the NORMAL fill bolt was completely stripped and had no other way to get fluid in. but i think its even easier to just take the axle off and fill that way if i had to.
use a 17mm SIX POINT box end wrench. nothing else. no 12pt. certainly not an open end. or you will likely strip that bolt, and THEN youll be looking for options...

for everybody thats persistant the oil wont go thru the vss location Im a FVCKIN IDIOT & cant use text quote................Tyson exactly which 17mm bolt are you talkin about??
There is only one fill hole and one drain hole... The fill is right next to the passenger side axle - only one 17mm head bolt there - can't miss it. The drain is a 3/8" ratchet (inverted square) and is at the bottom of the transmission passenger side. Only one of these as well - can't miss it...
If you use any other hole you risk having problems from over filling... These can be as simple leaks all the way to burning up bearings inside the transmission from aeration of the fluid... Don't be a fool, use the right hole - or she might just slap you in the face.

As N3va3vaSatisfi3d said, its on the passenger side, on the back side right next to the axle. Its easyest to break torque on that 17mm from below it and easyest to fill from the top with a hose shoved onto a funnel, make sure there is room for air to get out or you will have spillage. Its full when the fluid level is at the fill hole.
cool thanks guys, I ended up doin what 2 or 3 of you sugested, and filled it where the fill hole was with a long *** hose & funnel hanging from my hood. I may not have had enougfh fluid (some spilt on the ground VSS location before I got a pan under it)I used 75w-90 Valvoline high performance gear oil, since I was too cheap to buy Royal Purple whiched I used when I did my engine swap, seemed to work great. I do realize Im supposed to use 10w-30 Just figured the valvoline would hold up better...thats it for now!
no, i dont think thats any better.
im not a fan of using 10w-30 over PROPER honda MTF (which has tranny specific additives), but you should have just used engine oil.
ppl generally dont get good results with straight gear oil. its not made to use such a heavy oil.

Yea stay away from gear oil. It's way too thick. I'd be surprised if you could even get the gears to engage. It's not worth the risk.
When u tried filling it threw the vss you did take the vss out of the tranny before u did this? and didnt try fillin the tranny up threw the speedo cable insert hole? Iev alwasy filled my trannys up b,d,obd0,obd1 dosent really matter. Ive found it the easiest and less messiest. So something is not goin right for you!
