Default $450 for D15B7 full swap. Good deal or not?

Im buying a D15B7 engine that has about 130k on it. It comes with tranny, axles, mounts, and ecu.

Is this a good deal or should I negociate the price?

Also, if I do decide to purchase this is there anything I should be looking out for? The engine is in the car and I will be able to see and hear it run.

your gonna get mixed opinions

because everyone lives around the world, the price they pay for sohc motors vary form 100 to 800$ normally,

you won't get a solid answer because someone will always say "you could get cheaper". technically you can

he makes a valid point ^

it just depends where you are. $450 for all that isn't awful, but it's not great either.

It's pretty middle of the road really in terms of price. But if you can hear it run in the car that means a lot. I sold a complete D16Z6 to someone a while back for $400. Engine, Si tranny, Si engine harness, starter, alternator, slipping but still useable clutch and stock P28 ECU. It had about 200,000 miles on it though and smoked a little (told the buyer this) The upside was I put a brand new input shaft bearing and seal in the tranny before I sold it. Just figured I'd give you something to compare to. Also bear in mind I live in horrible area when it comes to selling parts, theres not much of a Honda scene locally, which is great in that I don't have to worry about anything getting stolen, but also means it's very hard to sell parts.
