Default 2000 SI with H2B setup NO SPARK HELP!!!

I have a H22A in my 2000 civi si. I went for the first start up and nothing, gets fuel and turns over just fine but no spark. It came with an internal coil but since there was no spark i put in a external coil dizzy and still nothing. I know for a fact the ecu is good, all the grounds are hooked up along with the one on the thermostat. I have no idea what to do can someone please help.

Go back to the stock coil. Does battery voltage reach the coil and ICM on the Blk/Yel wire? Is fuse 9 blown?

Make sure voltage also reaches the ICM (Wht/Blu and Blk/Yel wires) inside the distributor and have an auto parts store test the ICM for you.

Fuse 9 is fine if the coil and ICM have voltage. What voltage did you measure? Have the ICM tested next.

The Yel/Grn wire attached to the ICM should also have voltage.

If the ICM tests bad, replace it with what you currently have, assuming you have the correct distributor.
