Look what's going on the Hatch this week
Finally getting around to doing some more suspension/braking improvements.
Suspension/Braking wise, the car already has GSR front brakes, ITR top strut bar, KYB AGX shocks and H&R springs (barely dropped - going for stockish look).
*** NOT Pictured ***
Keep in mind, the car is a CX, so it has NO swaybars at all.

Do you think I'll feel a difference when I put the little beast back on the road?
All parts will be cleaned nicely and bad bushings will be replaced with OEM ones during install!
Comments welcome.

- new ASR subframe brace (black, 2nd revision)
- Prelude Booster (to go with pictured 15/16 Master Cylinder)
- new manual steering rack

What type of springs? What are the spring rates?
For the sway bars what size are you going with? i am going to guess 24F,22R
But you will quite a large difference, if not night and day.
When I added my SI sway bars to my DX, I was more than suprised. There was a huge difference in how the car behaved in corners. If felt great, and still does!

OE Sport Spring
Front/Rear lowering: 0.75"
H&R PN: 51863-55
I used to have their Sport Spring (Front/Rear lowering 1.8/1.6 - PN: 29863) but it really looked like she was 2-2.5" lower and I was scraping everywhere. She looked and rode nicer, though.
I wish I could find a nice compromise between the ones I have now and the ones I had before. I put the OE Sport Springs hoping they would be a bit lower than the advertised drop amount based on my experience with the Sport Springs (so like 1-1.25" as opposed to 0.75") but the car sits really high now, doesn't even look like I got the 0.75" drop. But it's so nice not scraping anywhere that for the time being I am keeping them and will eventually consider coilovers in the future.
Close Sir. 24F, 21R.
Thanks man, I am looking forward to it. I know the sway bars alone will make the car feel much nicer, but to be honest I am even more excited about the braking/steering work, mostly because the manual rack that's on there now is on its last legs (steering wobbling and noisy).
Thanks for the feedback.

Ah, I think the OE's are like 265F, 190lb or something close to that.
Blox rear sway bar?lol
Are you doing rack bushings ball joints or anything wihile your in there? They could also have a positive affect on how the car feels!

Heh... why? I know BLOX isn't the best (and their LCAs are junk it seems) but I figured it's hard to mess up a sway bar, no?
The only reason I got it is because it was a good price and barely used.
No, we're just replacing any bad bushings/etc with OEM stuff if they're bad during install.

Just wondering. lol Only blox makes the 21mm to my knowledge.
A sway bar is a sway bar. lol They would have to be really ****ing dumb to screw that up. I noramlly don't care for blox products, but hell, a sway bar at a good price? Go for it!

Yeah man, same here, I don't care for their stuff. But I wouldn't compromise on the more important things (like ASR brace for instance).

Blox to me is like a glorified Megen Racing, all junk except for dumb **** like shift ***** and lugs. All the rest of their stuff is garbage. And ive used then replaced alot of it.
