Default Weird idle issue

I put a 70mm skunk2 tbody on my car and now it won't idle. I have checked and rechecked and checked again my tps voltage. With key on I have 0.5v at what would be idle and 4.6v at wot. The only way I can get this to idle is to adjust the throttle plate stop screw. I did't think I should have to adjust that, but it's the only way to get it to idle. It doesn't matter if its hot or cold. I also tried unplugging the idle air control valve and it stalls when unplugged. The weird thing is that the idle speed screw does nothing. I took it all the way out and it had vaccum there. Could there be something wrong with the tbody itself? As far as I know the coolant lines are ran correctly. I compared it to the acura parts diagram. That diagram is hard to make out. I don't have the gsr intake manifold anymore. Running skunk2 intake. The only thing I changed is the tbody.

Did you check your A/F ratio? I don't know how far off your idle would be with that throttle body, but the car needs a complete tune or it will run like dog ****.

The a/f it at 11.5 to 1. I know it rich. Tune is in the working. Hopefully it will be in 2 weeks, when the shop is open on a saturday that I can make it there. I still don't understand why the idle speed screw isn't doing anything?

The screw for idle does practically nothing. Idle is controlled via IACV and ECU fuel/timing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I had a problem with an ls motor. For some reason the idle speed screw would back out on it's own causing the idle to rise. I fixed this problem by taking the screw out and putting thread locker on it. That screw it supposed to change the idle. I have found the answer. Check into this thread. https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/skunk2-pro-series-70mm-throttle-body-design-problem-2919680/. So by design skunk2 tbody idle screw only allows up to 75rpms of adjustment. That really isn't crap compaired to a stock tbody allowing up to 400 rpms of adjustment. It there anyone out there that is running a bbk or an edelbrock that had any kind of problems like this? Just wondering because I might switch tbodys.....

I did. Took it out completely. That is the only way that screw will do anything, is if I take it out. Put my finger over the hole and stalled. But like it is sayed in this post https://honda-tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2919680. Its the way the tbody is designed. The idle speed screw only allows 75rpms of adjustment. That post is very informative. Had I known that I wouldn't have bought a skunk2 tbody.
