B-SERIES HEADER FOR GROUND CLEARANCE+PERFORMANCE DISCUSSION
I feel like i should start by saying
I HAVE DONE RESEARCH
and for one reason or another i cannot find CLEAR answers nor can alot of buddies of mine with slammed cars about which header is the best of both worlds for ground clearance and power.
since ive had my current 92-95 eg6 ive had 3 headers
1.OEM. ground clearance
power
2.RMF narrow.
3.tri-y.
and the rmf had by far the best of both worlds but i still managed to screw it up over the course of 6 months and i was wondering if anyone out there knew of a better header to get? ive been looking at the toda rep header and the bisi rep header but its hard to get the exact answers im looking for so i thought id see what ht has to say.

let me know your experiences with headers and slammed cars.
i need to know the headers to look at and the headers to stay away from
p.s. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION ON SUSPENSION OR RIDE HEIGHT
i know i speak for a lot of people on ht when i say this information can/will be appreciated

arent smsp and profab the same design?
Exactly.

and the point of the discussion is for headers on slammed cars... if you dont have anything to contribute then gtfo...
bisi doesn't have good clearance. not on mine at least.
and raise up your car a little. or learn to drive better. i daily one that barely clears my phone and it has zero dents.

but thanks for nothing
Your question has been answered. The discussion of looking cute and performance came up, i through in my 2 cents which obviously struck a nerve. No big deal, you'll get over that phase. I went through it, everyone does.
With the TODA you hit oil pan before crushing your header lol. The SMSP looks pretty close to having clearance like the TODA as well.
no disrespect but you got your answers so now you have to choose.
kings and mikey both showed that toda header works good.
smsp is widely known for making power and their excellent ground clearance.
ssr streetsweeper is another option.
just by the looks of the bisi header, you can tell how much ground clearance you have.
if your looking for the one that would make the best power, buy them all and try them out, you probably cant get any more information than that. its either one of those or raise up your car a little. cant have the best of both worlds all the time, sorry.

i guess i should say that i simply dont want to, and i know other people on here would appreciate the information that this thread was made to yield. so like above stated if you dont have anything to contribute the back button is on the top lefthand of your browser
