29 sucks donkey nads! I am absolutely hysterically happy that I never had to go back to the stumps after doing 8 months of school there. Going to LA, San Diego, Palm Springs, Mexico and everywhere else was fun but you know a location is bad when you have to drive to the next city (Yucca Valley) just to feel moisture in the air.... hahahaha.

Yea 29 was like a prison, nothing to do out there. During the week I'd be at the Auto hobby Shop after work and then me and a bunch of other guys who were always wrenching at the hobby shop would meet up in the tanks chow hall parking lot and go out off 62 near the airport and drag all night long.
Soon as I got released for liberty on Friday's I'd be off to my parents house in SD or off to race in Palm Springs or Hemet.
LAKE BANDINI SMELLS LIKE ***!! LOL

We called it Lake "Stinking weenie" during my school 'tour' at the stumps!
Do they still do the PFT run around that cess pool? Thanks to the smell, I got my first 16min 3 mile run (16'22"). I wanted to get the run completed ASAP! lol

The pft course has changed a bit. Instead of it going to the right, towards Wilson, the course goes to the left towards the gate. It's still a "there and back" course which is garbage because from the start you can see the Dinah and the whole way back you can see the finish line!
Oh and the smell has gotten worse since my first CAX here in '03.
