Icon2 D16y8 running limp?

Hey Guys

need a some input got my chipped P06 ecu from rywire aswell as the wiring harness and vtec/4wire o2 sensor Harness. trying with The TD-41u dist. Started up right away but my Idle is around 2000. And i cant Rev past 4000 hits like a Rev limiter. (limp mode Perhaps Not spitting Error codes at this time need to hook up a switch so i can see them.) any thoughts would be helpful

Thanks Tony

If you have codes then check what they are first... Otherwise most input is misguided. Just ground out (if I recall correctly) D4 on the OBD-1 side, as you don't need a switch.
