Default traction bars ??

hey guys i have a 95 eg hatch with a b16a and bolt ons and street tunned and i have all stock bushings and an integra front sway bar and same for rear and h&r progressive 1.5 inch drop springs..

i was wondering how much difference in traction would i get by installing avid traction bars ?
do the make the car handle funny or like normal?
is it worth doing traction bars as i plan in the future to produce roughly 250-300 whp in this car?

traction bars are incorrectly named, imo. they won't give you any more traction, it'll just help stop your lower control arm from moving horizontally. (wheel hop)

If you're getting wheel hop on a gutless b16 you should probably stiffen up the rear suspension and make sure your motor mounts are in good condition before you convince yourself you have a serious engine powering your commuter.

H&R with a 1.5" drop? I would honestly say your suspension is simply too soft. That will help, but I'd also put money on a motor mount being shot, or a bolt not being tight enough in one.

Once you get some serial power you should then consider a traction bar. You can find good ones for $200-300. You're going to want good motor mounts and drag oriented suspension once you get that kind of power anyway. Might as well do that first.
