hey guy im on a process of buying a ef but the car is missfiring between 2k to 3500 any info on this also i replaced the tps map and spark plugs but i still get code 10 and 14 and 14 is for the idle air valve so either way it shouldint do this any help????? plz
Try replacing you cap and rotor. My cousin had the same problem and it was a bad cap.
As for your codes. Erase them by removing ur negative battery cable.if they come back again check if your wirring isnt cut some were in the harness. If its good then replace ur idle air control valve

i have a 91 civic hatch with a 94 d15b7 swap. in jerks violently in first second and 3rd gear unless im above about 2300 rpms. i have to constantly give it alot of gas to keep in from jerking real hard. the car idles up and down from about 1100 rpms to 1400 in neutral or when the clutch is pressed. anytime i dont have my foot on the gas or on the clutch it jerks really bad. i replaced the iacv and it idled better for a minute but stilled jerked. now its back to idling up and down. in fourth and fifth gear it doesnt jerk when i take my foot off the gas like in the lower gears its just a little jumpy. ive been told it was the tps and the O2 sensor. replacing the tps tomoro. any suggestions before i go spending anymore money? would be greatly apreciated
