I would first check that ECU. Are you sure it's a P13?

Is the check engine light on?

was the engine fully warmed up b4 u revved it so high? Insufficient oil psi causes the engine to cut off its redline early!

Yup, VTEC will not work and your rev limiter should be at 6500 when U have low oil pressure.

57STS - how do you like the 0w30 oil? does it drive any smoother?

Go back and check your wire harness. Make sure everything is plugged in and you're not missing any plugs that go into the harness.

0W oil is thinner than most so in theory it should run smooth, however I can't really compare to other oils because that is all I have ever had in the car from day 1. The oil is not too thin that it burn off, so it works great for me. Amsiol is great oil (the best IMO)

Surely, there is a check engine light on. pull the code finde out what it is. If there is no light on there could be an oiling issue.
