Icon2 How do you wire the VTEC on a B16A?

In my car the VTEC is not hooked up at all. There is nothing plugged into the VTEC solenoid and there is nothing plugged in to the oil pressure switch. This is what it looks like currently:

So my question is how do I get the VTEC to work again? I searched for something but I didn't find anything that says how to wire it from scratch basically.

Have you looked for the missing plug?

Yes I looked for the plug. It's missing : / Do you need the oil pressure plug also or will it be ok to run without one assuming just a CEL will be thrown?
