Need help.

My Honda accord 2002 (auto transmission done161k-km) is delaying the transmission engagement at full stop, some time when i am driving in peak hours i also feel the power loss, the RPM is going up and up but no power but once its reach to 60km P/H its fine.


And also there is too much vibration when i stop on stop light especially when A/C is on, i checked all the engine/transmission mounts all are fine and no misfire on any plug wire.
