Well looks like ive got some fried piston rings at least this is my guess. I know replacing them is a bitch so what else should be done since the engine will be torn apart.
So far i plan on changing...Pistons(ITR), rings, head gasket(mugen or spoon) and maybe adding a block guard. what else should be done?
My car has 118k miles. Also around how much would all this run in labor?

Oversized PITONS! .020 over or .040 over.... don't be stupid! get it done right the first time! don't buy used pistons either!, would u buy used boxers? c'mon! well....
get your crank bolished, rods reconditioned, srp rod bolts, block guard, new rod and main bearings, thrust washers, block cleaned, honed (.020 or .040 over) and decked!, get your head decked too

Water pump
Port & polish
Cam seals
Plug seals
Inlet/outlet manifold gaskets
