(look to title) will that cause lean/rich problems?

i ask this because the service manuals for both say that the
d16a6 fpr runs 36psi
d15b7 fpr runs 43psi
both with the fpr hooked up to vacuum

so i was wondering if having the higher pressure, 94 civic fpr on the d16a6, would cause the injectors to fuel rich?

car is a crx si(if that helps at all)
