2000 Civic Si OEM Side Skirts?
I got mine at a dealership for like $80 each, but I got the unpainted ones. Painted is a little more... of course if you don't need perfect brand new sides, there's always ebay, craigslist, scrapyards...

The clip are the same for 2/3/4 doors. The coupe and hatchback share the same side skirt. Sedan is has it own.

As others have mentioned, the '96-'00 Civic coupes and hatches (including the Si) all use sideskirts which are cosmetically the same EXCEPT some are painted (the Si skirts and the optional ones).
Sedans look pretty much the same (I've heard some say they flare out more or less, but haven't seen proof of this yet), but if you were to put coupe/hatch skirts on a sedan you would have a gap on the top of the sideskirts, under the bottom of the rear door, when you open that rear door.
This could also possibly cause clearance issues if you were to put sedan skirts on a coupe/hatch, but I can't be certain.

Sedan sideskirts flare out less. As far as coupe/hatch sideskirt on sedan, only 2-3 clips line up. I did notice a gap in the back.
Top is coupe/hatch, bottom is sedan.
