Default Oil in plugs?

There's oil in the spark plug, what does that mean? Headgasket leaking? Spark plug loose? I'm changing spark plugs and wires this weekend just wondering if theres anything i should be looking out for since theres oil leaking into the wire plug.

You need to replace the oil seals in the valve cover where the spark plug tubes insert.

Make sure you get the valve cover gasket and the spark plug tube gaskets, I am not sure if you can get it as a set or not.

yea...make sure you also change the valve cover gasket (with a dab of RTV) so you arent leaking from there also.

O rings on the spark plug tube is a 10 min job....super easy...

yeah, the 12030 numbers are sets of (valve cover gasket, upper spark plug tube seals, and valve cover grommets)

though if there's no oil seepage at the top of the spark plug, you may have to replace the LOWER tube seals as well

but you've gotta remove the valvetrain, and do a valve adjustment for that.
