Can some pls help with possible solutions... cold and hot start RPM idles at 1000. what can I be done with out having to take it to dealer.. could it be dirty throttle body? or the throttle position sensor going bad? how can i check? What else can I check or repair myself.. thanks

 

ilding at 1000rpm? ain't that a bit too high? I would check the idle air control valve. sometimes it get dirty and gives wrong signal to the ecu.
