#23 end link? Thats for the Si 99-00, the EX/LX front sway bar has a totally difference style if that is what you are looking for.
no not the endlink i cant find a picture of it that is why it is so hard to explain its a wishbone kind of design it has a bolt that goes trough the control arm right next to bolt 14 it is bolted right underneath the swa bar bushings i might be able to get a picture after work i need to replace it cause my thread is screwd up on it and its only holding on 2 of the 3 bolts or whatever and it is driving me crazy cause everytime i brake it thunks the endlinks i already replaced
here we go i went to the junkyard today and found a civic with it

I hope your joking!?
What it's called, I have no idea. But it's holds the 2 peices of the lower control arm togther.
I would jusf call it a bolt that holds the 2 peices of the LCA togther.
just head to a junk yard and pull the bolt from another civic, or take a trip down to your local dealer. They should be able to pull up just what you did for your car. Point at it, and they should now exactly what it is. IF, they sell it seperatly. This is where you may have a problem. Sometimes Honda doesn't sell things like that.

crap i think i need to go to the junk yard again and get this damn thing cause its starting to drive me insane on this thing thunking every 3 seconds
No, you can't buy them separate at the stealership. As suggested, the easiest option is to head to the local junk yard or pick and pull. Another option is to repair the thread with a die.
It is part of the lower control arm. Just go to the junk yard and grab the whole lower control arm bc the two bolts that hold it together are hard as anything to get out unless you have a air gun and a pry bar..
alright and yeah i have a cordless impact and pry bar actually and at home i have a compressor as well so tool saint part of the problem thanks guys
