Default 01 civic coupe eletrical problems

My 01 civic began to overheat when idling as a result of the cooling fan not working. I jumped the fan motor and it powered on. I jumped the thermoswitch and I could here the relay click and the power powered on. I figured it was the coolant fan sensor (near the thermostat housing) so I replaced it and the car would still overheat without the fan turning on. Furthermore the ac was blowing hot air. I pulled the relays (cooling fan, ac fan, ac condesor) and jumped them all with a paper clip and everything powered on. The cooling fan was keeping the temp down and the ac was blowing cold air. Everything was powered on by jumping the relays so I think I have a more serious electrical problem. Then SHT. All the the fans stopped. Now the lights for the climate controls on the inside don't power on. Nothing works, heater, ac, coolong fan. Everything else is ok, car starts fine, headlights work, radio works, power windoes power locks. I know I really messed things up now so what did I blow or short by jumping all those relays to cause a complete shut down of the fans and even the interior climate controls lights to stop working. Thanks for your help in advance.

Sounds like the fuse box or MCU are possibly faulty. Try swapping one or both and see what happens. I'd source the parts from a wrecked car.
