94 EJ1 D16Z6 Where do these lines go?
So i'm trying to put the motor in the EJ1 I just bought back to the way its supposed to be and Ive seen a few jimmy rigged things and i'm curious where a few lines are supposed to go.
The first one is a coolant line that is behind the intake mani and goes into the thermostat housing, its blocked off with a screw :/

The second one is the extra steel line that is attached to the valve cover breather, both ends are open.

And lastly this is capped off on my intake mani, im not sure if the PCV breather is actually supposed to go here instead of the nipple below this one or not.

Thanks in advanced for any help.

Come on I know this isn't a hard question I just don't have another D16Z6 to compare to and all the pics im finding online seem to be of a different manifold, i.e that second nipple doesn't exist. I found a diagram that I think I can figure out the coolant lines with but I cant find any for the vacuum line that is capped off.
Dude , it's only been a few hours, relax. Take a pic of the whole intake manifold, from what I can see it looks like a Y8 manifold.
Sorry I was in a rush because I was gonna be out of town for a couple of days but anyways I took a bunch of different angles of the manifold, it does look alot like my Y8 manifold in my EJ8 except for the nipple coming off the throttle body that goes to the charcoal canister.

Well thats interesting the owner said it was all original :/ Well with that in mind does the capped off spot stay capped off? And what does an original D16Z6 manifold look like? How different is it from the Y8 manifold?
