hi to all my transmission start giving me problem i have 85000 mile on the si 2008 fist my 3 gear would no go in after one week my 1 gear and 2 gear & 3 and 5 gear would no go in now it stay in 6 gear an would no go out now i take it out of 6 gear and i go 3 and 4 in and 5 and if i put it in neutral and take my feet out of my clutch the car shutdown clutch problem?

 

sounds like your throwout bearing and/or clutch is on its way out.

Is your car making any unusual noises?

Just had the same problem on one. The clutch was beat and so were the 3rd gear syncros. I rebuilt it with new 2nd and 3rd syncros and gears. Problem is gone.

 

Finally open the transmission, the 3rd gear and 4 gear fork the tip was broken off, and Jammed causing the car to stay in 4th gear at all times.
