Sizzle Sound After Turning Off

I have only noticed it for a few days, but it could have been going on longer. I had an oil change 3+ weeks ago so I can't imagine it's residual oil. Dipstick looks clean and oil in between the two filler holes. Radiator is full to the top and I can't feel any change in performance, temperature guage is where it's always sat. No warning lights have come on either. Could it be condensation or something? Maybe the start of my water pump going bad?
