Default Y8/P28 ecu CEL 22 on cold start?

I sold my coupe I got to replace my wrecked hatch and got another hatch, a 95 CX with a y8 swap and all EX/Si wiring harness inside and out. Motor runs strong as ****. Was running a unchipped po6 from previous owner so I got a p28 from my friend and runs so much better, only problem is on COLD STARTS, like sitting over night as soon as I start it up next day I get a CEL code 22? which is VTEC pressure switch, after driving for a short time to warm it up and pull the ecu fuse to reset the code it wont come back on and VTEC functions normally, any ideas???
