Default D16y8 Multiple Misfire.. Help!

So check it, jus recently worked on a buddy's car..
Car is a 99 Civic EX, equipped with the D16y8.. pretty much said the car was leaking oil excessively around the camgear.. which to my diagnosis turned out to be the camseal.. Now I've heard of people replacing the camseal without lifting the camshaft, but I did the full deaal..

Anyways, after removing the top end, exposing the camshaft, turn's out whoever replaced the head, never installed a camseal.. therefor' the leaking oil spraying out.. could'a been bad, driving that around..after installing a new camseal.. put everything back in.. I kept everything in time, with the timing belt, notin the timing marks, camshaft, camgear, crank.. re-installed everything.. no more leakin' oil. Car cranks, and runs good, but got a engine light..

Now the problem and question..?
The car is throwing a multiple cylinder misfire.. Could this be because maybe the camshaft isn't aligned with the timing correctly.. Though the vehicle runs good, and drives properly.. no skips, beats etc... or could this be an eletrical issue with the dizzy.. wires.. firing order etc.. ?

lil' help and information would be greatly appreciated.. agrravatin' issue.

Is the firing order correct? If so, resistance test the coil.

Alright, so I checked the firing order, and the coil, and both are good.. Today, I'm gonna go ahead and re-do the timing all over again, it could only possibly be off a few teeth, I test drove the car yesterday, it does have a slight hesitation on take-off, when the car gets to normal operatin temp, and feels kinda sluggish, or maybe it's jus me.. hoppin from a dohc to sohc
