Default D16y8 bogging but no clue what it causing it?

Ever since I did the timing belt change back in May when the car was at 105k, i've noticied that the car has very slighty increased in bogging when I acclerelate from a stop sign or while driving. Even at WOT it does it and it's making me kinda nervous cause my passengers in the car can actually feel the car jerking a little. Now i've searched up all topics on this, read my manuals and I really don't know what to look for. I've replaced alot of stuff and the reason I'm asking now is because I just got the car back from the mechanic and he said he didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I took the car in for a valve adjustment and to check the tension on the timing belt and also see what might be the cause of the bogging. He told me today that everything was timed correctly (cam, crank, ignition) belt was just a little loose but that's typical after about 5k miles (car's at 109k currently). Said the valves were loose and he tighten them up but the car still bogs, but I will admit it runs a bit smoother now

I've replaced and checked the following:
- NGK g-power (gapped @.40)
- New oem plug wires
- New oem fuel filter
- New oem Dizzy cap and rotor
- All timing belt equipment was oem
- cleaned iac (was dirty)
- New coolant
- Seafoamed it about 3k ago
- cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner
- No CEL lights, checked at advance auto parts and no codes on computer

So yeah, I'm stumped as to what it might be, need help from the Honda God's!

Are you completely sure all the timing marks on the cam/crank are correct? If it's a tooth off, it could cause the stuff you're experiencing. And the T-belt should not be loose at all, or shouldn't have come loose if it was done correctly.

Like I said above, the fuel filter was changed and fuel is not really a problem amongst other things that I'm seeing, but it might be. I'm still getting roughly 34-36 mpg every time I fill up.

Yeah, everything was checked up a month ago when this all started to happen. Everything I replaced was checked once or twice. I seriously thought it was something I did wrong.

Well, before I go and do that, what components that can be replaced can I check first? Like with a volt meter or something?

i have the same probs on my y8 and i've done what you've done plus installing a new TPS and checking the cat. The prob seems to be either the pigtail to the TPS or the IACV is **** up on me. Because i every time i mess with them is gets better for a while then goes back to its shitty driviability. good luck bro.

I was very much thinking of a clogged cat cause I have noticied alot of heat coming from my e brake area and that's right where the cat is at. I've been meaning to take it to a local muffler shop and get the cat checked out and see if there is any possible air leaks. When I seafoamed it not long ago, I got under the car and looked but couldn't see anything.

I should really get batteries for my volt meter so I can check the tps, iacv, map and anything else cause I've looked at them a while back and they were clean (except for the iacv, which I cleaned but didn't do anything) but that's just by looks.
