hey. how do u guys think i should luanch a automatic off the line. think i should nuetrul down or something. just need a tip on luanching an automatic.

Hold the brake with your left foot, and push on the gas with your right. This will help you get the rpms up without moving the car. Then when you're ready to go, just let off the brake and floor it. A higher stall for your torque converter will allow you to rev higher without moving.

Neutral drops are absolutely horrible for auto trannies.

You can try and hold one foot on the brake while your other one brings the RPM up a bit, but in the end it still won't launch all that well.

Honda automatics are just sloppy.
