i swapped the dash in my 96 integra and now i having a horrible time figuring out where this one plug goes to the comes from the gauge cluster click below for pics thanks garrett.

 

looks almost like an HVAC control plug

 

i currently have no turnsignals or horn if that helps and its the samllest of the three blue plugs that go into the back of the cluster

 

emergency flasher switch plug.

 

well i have my flashers plugged in and they are functioning properly which really confuses me as to why the flashers work but no turn signals?

 

Get me a better pic of the location of that plug. The colors match the hazard switch plug. Also is this car auto? Its also looks like the hvac control too.

 

If I remember correct there was a wires/plug that stretches left to right across/behind the cluser around and down through the climate control area.

 

that is a automatic shift indicator plug on the back of a automatic cluster.if you follow that harness it plugs into the center console lever.if your car is standard leave it alone or take the tape off the wires and pull it out.i did the same to mine.
the other end should be hanging by the radio.
