Semi Built GSR NOt starting
Ok so i recently put together my gsr from scratch dropped it in my ls and no start....... Here is what i have found, Checked timing pulled crank matched lines rotated 360% and cam gears still at TDC so crossed that one off, next checked firing order its all great 100% positive, all plugs are installed using obd1 ecu with jumper harness, Head has full skunk2 pro series valve train stage 1 pro cams, cam gears set at -1 intake and 0 exhast i believe. they are set there for clearances. Running type are usdm pistons on ls crank and rods. changed the ignition coil to aveo or something like that to try and give it some more juice but no start. checked compression 210 190 210 190, put a little oil in the 190's now read 210 in both. getting spark. spark plugs smell like gas but not dripping.
Running walbaro 255, have aem fuel pressure reg reads 40 psi.
also skunk2 intake mani, and blox 68mm throttle body.
out of ideas why it will not start
When trying to crank it over car seems like it may start but doesnt, White smoke coming out of throttle body when trying to start, smells like a boat.
I am going to get a cap and rotor tomorrow see if thats the problem.
any idea's???????????????????

The engine light is on when trying to start, and goes away for a second when it kicks over a little. How could I check codes with the Obd2 harness. Even though ecu is Obd1. Also I am using ls injectors that's not a problem right?
Injectors are not your problem. You jump your service connector and read the codes the same way you would for any obd1 car. Look in the Integra FAQ for the DIY.
If you have fuel and spark then re check timing again. Also make sure all your ground wires are good. I would replace your ignition with a stock one.

o2 wont stop it from running take the plugs out and crank it over for 30secs then puul the injector clip and put the plugs into the plug wires but not the engine and let it sit on a grounded chasis some where and see if it has spark when you turn it over

checked spark plugs getting spark, tryed a different dizzy, checked timing again spot on. fuel pump is working fuel pressure are 40, and can here it come on. The walbaro is pretty noise. car just turns over a little. idk bad grounds somewhere?
Are the injectors "firing" properly?
seems to me if you have spark and fuel the engine should fire, if you have fuel and no spark the plugs should be "wet" with gas, or even if you have spark but engine does not fire and you have gas the plugs should be "wet" with gas.
Use a noid testlight to see if injectors are pulsing, or pull fuel rail and see if you have fuel from the injectors.94

Ok, I did plug the battery in backwards before the engine was plugged in, and the only fuse I have found blown was the secondary fuse for the radio, also gauge lights don't work where radio is, or heater fan.
If your GS-R is pre 94 check the main ACC. fuse, upper right side of under dash fuse box, under plastic "clip". 94
