Default K-swap?

hey guys,
i recently purchased a honda civic ex with d17a2 vtec. i have heard that the first thing i should do is do a motor swap for a K20A2 engine. about how much does this cost all together? for the new motor, the parts, the manual conversion, (its an automatic currently) and the labor. thanks for the help guys.

Probably about 8-10K if you have somebody do that labor for you and buy all new parts. It can be done for a lot cheaper. Labor is going to be the biggest cost IMO.

it all depends tho, i mean paying retail on brand new parts yea it gonna run expensive, but do it yourself and buying things from the forums, itll be way more economical
